Nick Peragallo

Nick Peragallo joined S3 Capital in February 2022 and supports underwriting for new and existing loans, fund operations, and portfolio oversight. Prior to S3 Capital, Nick worked at Apprise by Walker & Dunlop as an Associate Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. He earned a B.S. in Finance and Management from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
