Natalie Pedi

Natalie joined S3 Capital in July 2024 as an Analyst after graduating from Villanova University with a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance. In her role, she is responsible for underwriting new and existing loans and overseeing day-to-day operations. Prior to joining S3, Natalie interned at JLL in their New York office in the Capital Markets group.
