Peter Gasparro

Peter Gasparro joined S3 Capital in July 2024 and is responsible for underwriting new loans and supporting day-to-day operations. Prior to S3 Capital, Peter interned at One William Street Real Estate Finance, an alternative lender. He earned a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
