Shawn Safdie

Shawn Safdie is the Head of Origination at S3 Capital and leads loan origination, business development, structuring, and underwriting. Shawn has more than a decade of experience in real estate credit, particularly bridge lending, and excels at developing and maintaining relationships. He earned a B.A. in Business Management & Finance from CUNY Brooklyn College.
