Alex De Castro

Alex de Castro joined S3 Capital in August 2025 and assists with underwriting new and existing loans and supporting day-to-day operations. Prior to S3 Capital, Alex held roles in real estate acquisitions and asset management at The Dermot Company and Steers Private Fund, as well as corporate finance at Starwood Capital Group. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Georgetown University, where he was part of the Global Business Fellows program.
