Alex Fiedler

Alex Fiedler joined S3 Capital in 2026 and supports the construction team with underwriting and evaluating new and existing loans, overseeing the construction portfolio, and supporting day-to-day operations. Prior to S3 Capital, Alex worked at HITT Contracting Inc., a nationally ranked general contractor, where he served as an Assistant Project Manager overseeing commercial interior projects valued up to $120 million across mission critical, office, retail, life science, and hospitality sectors. He earned a B.S. in Architectural Engineering with a Construction Option from Pennsylvania State University.
