Blake Shechtman

Blake Shechtman joined S3 Capital in January 2026 and assists with underwriting new and existing loans and supporting day-to-day operations. Prior to S3 Capital, Blake worked at Green Courte Partners in real estate private equity acquisitions and at The Blackstone Group in asset management. He earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan with a concentration in Sport Policy and Analytics.
