Bojan Jankulovski

Bojan Jankulovski joined S3 Capital in February 2026 and supports the originations team. Prior to S3 Capital, Bojan was an Associate at Secured Debt Investments, where he focused on underwriting, acquisition, and asset management of distressed debt and real estate investments across multiple property types. He earned a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Miami.
