Clayton Whitton

Clayton Whitton joined S3 Capital as an Analyst supporting the construction team in July 2024. In this role, he is responsible for underwriting and evaluating new and existing loans, overseeing the construction portfolio, and supporting day-to-day operations. Prior to joining S3, Mr. Whitton received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Boston College in May 2024.
