Max Rothman

Max Rothman joined S3 Capital as an Associate in September of 2024. In his role, he underwrites new and existing loans and assists with day-to-day operations. Prior to joining S3 Capital, Max was an associate at Wells Fargo in their real estate banking group. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in economics, and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
