Max Rothman

Max Rothman joined S3 Capital in September 2024 and is responsible for underwriting new and existing loans and supporting day-to-day operations. Prior to joining S3 Capital, Max was an Associate at Wells Fargo in the Real Estate Banking Group. He earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
