Oscar Longergan

Oscar Lonergan joined S3 Capital in August 2026 and assists with underwriting new and existing loans and supporting the firm’s day-to-day operations. Prior to joining S3 Capital, Oscar interned in real estate credit at SteepRock Capital and in private equity at Certares. He earned a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from Washington University in St. Louis.
