Paul Foschi

Paul Foschi joined S3 Capital as the Head of Construction in early 2024. He is responsible for managing the S3 construction portfolio and overseeing the construction draw process. Paul has more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience and previously worked at a major New York construction company as Senior Project Executive for more than a decade. Paul has extensive experience directing high-rise new construction and large-scale renovation projects in hospitality, multi-family residential, commercial office, interiors and laboratory facilities. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Architecture as a Tau Sigma Delta Honoree.
