Paul Foschi

Paul Foschi joined S3 Capital in early 2024 and oversees the firm’s construction portfolio and draw process. Paul brings more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience and previously served as Senior Project Executive at a major New York construction company for over a decade. He has directed high-rise new construction and large-scale renovation projects across hospitality, multifamily residential, commercial office, interiors, and laboratory facilities. Paul earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Georgia Tech, where he was a Tau Sigma Delta Honoree.
