Shawn Safdie is the Head of Origination at S3 Capital and leads loan origination, business development, structuring and underwriting. He excels at developing and maintaining relationships and has more than a decade of experience in real estate credit, particularly bridge lending. He holds a B.A. in Business Management & Finance from CUNY Brooklyn College.
