Shawn Safdie is the Head of Origination at S3 Capital and leads loan origination, business development, structuring, and underwriting. Shawn has more than 25 years of experience in real estate credit, particularly bridge lending, and excels at developing and maintaining relationships. He earned a B.A. in Business Management & Finance from CUNY Brooklyn College.
