Steven Jemal

Steven joined S3 Capital in 2016 and is a senior member of the firm’s leadership and origination teams. He helps lead S3 Capital’s origination platform, overseeing the sourcing, structuring and execution of new lending opportunities across a broad range of asset classes and markets throughout the United States.

Steven plays an integral role in the firm’s lending strategy and capital deployment, working closely with S3 Capital’s credit and investment teams throughout the underwriting and execution process. He also helps guide the origination team, develop and maintain the firm’s borrower and intermediary relationships, and expand S3 Capital’s lending presence nationally.

Since joining S3 Capital, Steven has been instrumental in the continued growth of the firm’s lending platform and has originated and executed billions of dollars of commercial real estate financings.
