Tim Horan

Tim Horan joined S3 Capital as a Senior Fund Accountant in December 2025. Prior to joining S3, Tim was a Senior Associate at New York Life Real Estate Investors, where he worked in their equity accounting group. He holds a BBA in Finance from Saint Bonaventure University.
